  I was at the express store today located in Menlo Park mall in Edison, NJ. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN RETAIL TODAY, I walk into the store not seeing a single employee. I had something I needed to return so I make my way to the registers to see nodoby there but I see no one else in the store. I wait a little looking around, nothing. I finally see movement in the back corner of the store, I see a woman looking at me. We make eye contact at least 3 times in a 4 minute window. She finally yells over from her corner, in which is located another what I guess to be, employee. She yelled over “are you ready” I tell her “ yes I have been waiting here a while” she walks up to the register with annoyance and attitude. Not only is the attitude unprofessional but her attire, this young woman was wearing a shirt that barely went below her chest. I do understand it is Halloween, but this was just unprofessional. I try to return my item, which I can’t. still given an attitude. I walk out. I do thank the employee for hiding in the back instead of doing her job before I leave, which has her escalate in laughter. Never again am I coming to this location. I am unsure who does the hiring here, but I would reconsider this employee.
