I've always been impressed with the variety of costumes, the quality has been great, and when there have been mistakes, they have made it right. I only knock off one star because the time that mistake happened, I couldn't get to a person via the phone # on their website. I had to go to their Facebook page and contact via messenger. They were very prompt to respond via messenger and shipped me a new costume in the correct size for no extra charge.
