  I like Apple but I won’t be using Menlo Park anymore. Training was just OK but what really got my goat was the way the sales girl treated me when buying a case and Wireless Charger for my phone. She got pissy with me. And they knew I was a customer from one of their corporate accounts. When I get a chance to go to the WTC location near work I will be sure to let them know how I was treated. It was not the “experience” I was expecting at all.

  Made and appointment and came here to have my battery replaced. They told me after arriving that they had none in stock. I returned about a week later when the part came in, and picked up my phone. After getting home I realized my screen was broken and couldn’t use my camera or talk on the phone. I went back right away, and the employee tried to tell me I had an unofficial screen! What?! After some time they realized their error, and agreed to replace it. The replacement took 1 hour longer than they estimated, and then tried to charge me after agreeing they broke it and said the service would be free! What?! Everything ended up being fine after 6 visits, 5 or which were made in 2 days.
